technical details (not part of the project itself)

more about my process to explain things about the site

• the word this is based off of is "deceive". i was also deciding between "blatant" but i like "deceive" more because it feels more dramatic. and i also think it's funnier.
• i started with sketching out how i wanted the site to look to kind of have a starting ground. it feels strange to draw out a website idea on paper but it helped a lot to have something to work off of.
• i used W3Schools to get a basis of understanding.
• the hardest part of this project was coming up with the fake reviews. i sat there for like 2 hours asking my friends for help. also they're called "pikmin" because they are "men" that you can "pick" up. PikMan.
• this is the website i got a bunch of the taglines from.
